Terms of sale
It is not possible to reserve a product except by paying a pre-deposit or transferring the entire amount. We are not responsible for approving applications for underage youth.

Return and exchange policy
There is a product replacement service within seven days only from the date of arrival of the product. Only if the product was not conforming to the requested order or there is a difference in size or color. Attach a photo to the e-mail, explaining the reason for the return. The goods used or damaged by the customer are not replaced. There is no service to retrieve an order or refund the amount paid.
